meets with size limits of attachment specified by administrator. If your data
contains sensitive information likes password, bank account detail etc. which attachments put in zip file format for
protection. And put password on that email for accessing data.
Receiving Attachments
Before open attachments, scan it. Never open unknown person’s mail or spam
mail. And also never open “.exe” extension file, if you can open it that is
harmful for your computer.
